Duck Pond Learning Center is proud of the well-educated and experienced early childhood team of teachers. Our statistics speak to the high quality and reputation of the program. The average tenure of our teachers is more than eight years, with five being in the program for 18 years or longer. Our teachers have more than 180 years of combined experience in childcare and education! They have degrees in early childhood education, child development, elementary education and social work. In addition every teacher is CPR and First Aid certified and most have certificates in medication administration. Befitting their education and experience, Duck Pond teachers are given the independence, encouragement, and support to creatively develop and implement an “education through play” curriculum in response to the developmental needs of the children. High motivation, dedication, and professionalism are reflected in their tenure and testimony of parents at Duck Pond Learning Center.
